We needed all downspouts and a few gutters replaced in our house. In addition we also got gutter guards for all of our gutters and Moriarty’s did an exceptional job while providing great value.  From consultation to installation  was quick and very well done .  The representatives didn’t try to pressure us in anything they didn’t think we needed and the installation process was well done and happened as if nobody was there other then they let us know when they were here and when they were done. I highly recommend Moriarty’s and will come to them for any future roofing or gutter services they provide.

Used Moriarty's to come and replace a broken skylight and replace it with a brand new skylight. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism and communication as well as the resulting product. The technician came out, took a look and got back to me with a prompt quote. Then I was in touch with Moriarty's regarding scheduling and the technician arrived on time and did a great job. He was even super kind with my little kiddo (who was very curious!). I'd highly recommend this service - they're prompt, courteous, and do a quality job.

Everyone at Moriarty's Roofing was informative, helpful, considerate and communicative throughout the entire process. Different folks came to assess the project, communicate with me about the project, provide options for materials, inform me about timelines and keep me updated on delays due to weather projections. Regardless, all of them either answered my questions or provided me contact information of colleagues who could do so. They clearly know what they are doing. After the roof was removed, they clearly explained to me as well as showed me what areas needed further attention and why. Recommend Moriarty's? Hell, I'm ready to take them all out for drinks. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for roofing work, I have no hesitation in recommending Moriarty's.

I looked into several local roofing companies before choosing Moriarty's. The whole process from start to finish was very easy. Getting the initial bid was a no pressure situation. The person who came out for the bid was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was invited up on the roof where he explained to me exactly what needed to happen and why. After hiring Moriarty's, we were able to get on the schedule right away. The crew that came to complete the roof project was fantastic! They were very friendly and respectful. They accomplished their job quickly and professionally. I was kept well informed throughout the process about their progress and anticipated completion date. The gutter team that came to replace the gutters was equally friendly and skilled at their job. We ended up with a solid new roof and beautiful gutter installation. I highly recommend Moriarty's for your roofing project. They were fair, competitive, friendly, communicative, and an all around great company!

I didn’t go with these guys. I had to go with someone who was a bit cheaper, but I’m still giving them 5 stars. Kelly came out to give me an estimate. He’s a genuine guy with a good smile. Felt comfortable chatting with him. I got 5 roof estimates and he gave me the best, most comprehensive explanation of what he was going to do and gave me the best suggestions of what to do with my unique roof situation. No one else explained things as best as he did, nor spent as much time.

I believe you get what you pay for. I had limited funds and couldn’t afford the best (so I’m rolling the dice with someone who was a bit cheaper) but I’m smart enough, and experienced enough with houses (did my own remodel of my home), to know when someone offers quality and I think Moriarty is probably the best around.

Our townhouses needed new roofs. We called several roofers for bids but had a hard time getting them to come out for an HOA. Moriarty’s was the first one to respond and give us an estimate after trying many. There estimate was a tiny bit higher than another company but we felt the relationship and communication was an important factor in deciding and boy were we right. The staff at Moriarty’s are top notch. The job was done quickly but with care. They cleaned up after themselves and we felt like family was doing the job as they were so friendly and concerned about our needs. The paperwork was clear with no surprises. The after inspection was a breeze, they even installed my smoke alarm that was really high up! We had another roof that needed a chimney cap that blew off and Frank came and did it himself for free! Our roofs look amazing. We have used many construction companies over the years, and Moriarty’s is by far the best. If you want excellent work done and good communication, then go to Moriarty’s.

This is a great outfit that does wonderful work and ice great customer service which makes them a delight to work with. The owner of the company is personally involved and always available to handle any questions or concerns. And most importantly the quality of the work was exceptional! I will definitely use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent work! The job couldn’t get started right away so the Moriarty crew made sure my roof wouldn’t leak until they could get the job done. They handled every detail with the utmost care and professionalism. They fixed code errors on the roof of my home and got the job done under the listed high estimate. They worked with me to get financing and checked with me about everything before doing extra work. I highly recommend this company for any roofing matter.

Moriarty’s came out right away to estimate our job. Their quote was very competitive. The job was started as promised and completed within a reasonable amount of time. I had concerns about the amount and location of the roof vents and they were willing to accommodate my request. I would recommend this company if you are in need of a new roof.

Overall very happy with this roofing company. They originally came out and quoted me to do repairs on my flat roof. When they came and began the actual work they saw that the issue was causing the leak was a smaller issues than originally thought and ended up doing repairs to fix it at a third of the cost that was quoted . I really appreciated their honestly. Only complaint is that it took a while to get on the books and get the work done and the communication re this was a little spotty. However, would use again for sure!

Loved these guys from start to finish. It was a big job involving 3 roofs and challenging terrain (as well as weather which ranged from rain to nearly 100 degrees). Pricing was very fair and the employees that worked on my project were fast and professional. They took great care to make sure Murphy the donkey and Hank the dog were safe and I suspect they even brought snacks for both. 😉
There were a couple of small things I wanted them to address and they were taken care of immediately. When it was all said and done, they left a clean site and I have not had any issues.
Tara was great through the whole process. Helping me through the financing and scheduling the job so it would work with my schedule.

This company is personable, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonable. In my quest to install solar panels, I found it best to re-roof my house before the panels were installed. Moriarty’s staff coordinated with my solar company – Alterra Solar – , my budget, and my tight timelines (This was self imposed.. I wanted to get the Federal solar tax credit!!) I was impressed with owner Kelly , who despite the limited timeframe, rainy weather, and all the large roof projects they were working on, was so reassuring, and just made it happen!!!! I work at the City of Santa Cruz with the building division who have had great experiences with their staff too – I highly recommend this company!!!
