They are our Roof Experts. They will advise you on the best roofing system for your project, and together you will find the best solution for your roof. They will send you the proposal with all the necessary information for your project.

MADISON / MELISSA

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

They are the office managers. They will assist you with preparing for your roofing project and help answer any questions with regard to City/County compliance. They are also in charge of billing.

Our Process

The text below describes the whole process of getting a new roof; starting with the initial estimate, and ending with the completion of your project.

The roof expert will first visit the site and explain all of the different options you have for your new roof.

Once we have all of the information, we will create and send a proposal.

After you have received and read the proposal, you can ask any questions you may have to either the roof expert or the rest of our team in the office.
Once you sign the proposal, we will add you to our job board and keep in touch with you regarding updates related to your project. An information sheet will be sent to you with helpful recommendations to prepare for the project.
Approximately one week before beginning to work on your roof, our Operations and Office Manager will let you know the date we will start, as well as coordinate the entire roofing process with you, such as:
  • Tear off existing roof
  • Substrate evaluation
  • Installing specified underlayment
  • Installing/replacing flashings
  • Valley areas
  • Insulation installation (Optional)
  • Exterior layer installation
  • Technical details
  • Final inspection by the regulating agency
Once your project is completed, we will ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of your new roof. We would also appreciate if you could leave any feedback you have regarding the services provided.

Payment schedule

    FIRST DEPOSIT

This will be made when you sign the contract and will be 10% of the total proposed price. We will send you a receipt notifying you that we have received your payment.

      PAYMENT #1

You will receive this invoice once we deliver the materials and start working on the project. 50% of the invoice total will be due.

       PAYMENT #2

The remaining amount will be paid once the job is complete.

      EXTRAS

Any extra costs (woodwork, extra layer of tear, etc.) that were not determined in the initial proposal will be submitted as a change order, due upon receipt.

We accept cash, checks or credit cards.The prices that are shown in the proposal are based on cash payments.
